We provide detailed directions in your appointment email of your closest inspection centre.
As part of the selling process, we are required to do an inspection of your vehicle. We will do a short test drive, then inspection by one our fully qualified/trained buyers. You are welcome to accompany them on the test drive.
Please note if you do not have a current WOF we will be unable to carry out the test drive.
After the test drive, return to the office where our buyer will offer you a price for your car.
The price may differ from your online valuation, if we consider that any aspect of its history or condition affects its value. This includes any unusual features, modifications, or customisation, which was not apparent to us when we provide you the online valuation.
If you decide to sell your car we will arrange for the money to be paid to your bank account, complete some paperwork and complete the sale.
Please ensure that you have organised arrangements for your return journey.
The inspection process typically takes around 30 minutes.
If you think you are going to be late, we should still be able to accommodate you and your car when you arrive.
Appointments are not always necessary.
Booking an appointment ensures we will be ready for your arrival and will have the time to inspect your car. If you are just passing by, you can pop in and speak to us whenever you like.
The price you see online is dependent on the information that you give us about your car.
We make this price as accurate as possible but it is not until we see your car and provide an onsite inspection that we can offer you a final price for your car. We guarantee our valuation for 7 days.
It is worth remembering however that our ideal goal is to buy your car at a price that makes you happy and would make you want to sell with us again in the future.

If there are discrepancies between your car and the details you gave us, or if during the inspection, we consider that its value is affected by any aspect of its history or condition, including any unusual feature or customisation, which was not apparent to us when we gave the online valuation, the price that we offer for it will differ from the online valuation.
You will have the option to tell us about the condition of your vehicle during the valuation process.
Payment will be made directly to your bank account upon finalising the Vehicle Purchase Agreement.

Yes, once we have made the offer to buy your vehicle and completed the sale you will leave your vehicle with us after the appointment.
Please ensure that you have organised arrangements for your return journey.
All valuations are based on the vehicle having standard features. If you vehicle has modifications please email a list of those modifications and we will provide you a new valuation.
Alternatively, we can check the modifications when you bring the vehicle to your appointment and we will let you know if that affects the valuation.
If there are any discrepancies between your car and the details you gave us, or if during the inspection, we discover something about the car that we did not already know, we may have to change our valuation.

We can arrange settlement of any outstanding finance on your car.
For us to do this we will need you to provide us with a letter from your finance company, detailing the current settlement figure and your agreement/customer reference number.
The finance settlement amount will be deducted from the amount paid to you for your car. At the same time, we pay your finance company immediately.
If you owe more on your finance than the value of the car, we will still be happy to buy the car, but you will need to pay us the shortfall by debit/credit card when we purchase your car.
We guarantee your price for 7 days, so any valuation you have which is older than 7 days will no longer be valid.
To update your valuation simply re-enter your car details on our website to receive an updated valuation.
